1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we suspect is placed by a person under the legal purchase age. We may request age verification documentation at any time. Orders placed by underage individuals will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Products & Descriptions

Diamond Crest Cigars offers premium hand-rolled cigars produced in Costa Rica. We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, vitola specifications, and pricing.

• Colors and appearance of products in photographs may vary slightly from actual products
• Pricing is displayed in US Dollars (USD) and is subject to change

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order through our website:

1. You select your products and quantities and add them to your cart
2. You provide your shipping information and select a shipping method
3. You review your order summary and total
4. You complete payment via bank transfer and submit proof of payment
5. Your order is reviewed and approved by our team before fulfillment

An order confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide. Receipt of this email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we approve your payment and confirm your order for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or inability to verify age.

4. Payment

Diamond Crest Cigars currently accepts payment by bank transfer only. Upon placing your order:

• You will be provided with our bank transfer details
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of placing your order
• You must upload a clear proof of payment (receipt or screenshot) through our order portal
• Your order will not be processed until payment is verified by our team
• Orders with unverified or failed payment after 48 hours may be cancelled

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any bank fees or transfer charges imposed by your financial institution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively via USPS to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to addresses where the sale of tobacco products is prohibited.

Available shipping options:

• USPS Ground Advantage — $8.95 (estimated 5–8 business days)
• USPS Priority Mail — $14.95 (estimated 2–3 business days)
• USPS Priority Mail Express — $29.95 (estimated 1–2 business days)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Diamond Crest Cigars is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of tobacco products and applicable regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars that have been delivered.

Exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong products due to our error
• Products arrived significantly damaged due to shipping mishandling
• Your order was lost in transit (as confirmed by USPS tracking)

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of your delivery date through our contact page with your order number and supporting photographs. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Tobacco Health Warnings

Tobacco products are for use by adults only. Keep all tobacco products out of reach of children and pets. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a health condition, consult a physician before use.

8. Legal Compliance

The purchase and use of tobacco products is regulated by federal, state, and local laws. By ordering from Diamond Crest Cigars, you represent that:

• The purchase of tobacco products is legal in your jurisdiction
• You are purchasing products for personal use and not for resale or distribution to minors

We comply with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and all applicable FDA regulations regarding online tobacco sales. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any state or locality where online tobacco sales are restricted or prohibited.
